Professional Development
In W.I.S.E. Women in Hospitality, professional development is facilitated through the introduction of guest speakers, workshops, and mentorship.

Mentorship
Mentorship is one of the four core pillars of W.I.S.E. Women in Hospitality. We see the value in sharing experiences to support success within the industry while also promoting growth as women and professionals.

In W.I.S.E. WIH, mentorship is facilitated through the exchanges between upperclassmen and underclassmen within the organization as well as mentorship from established women in hospitality, both in academics and in the industry.
